The Foolish One:

Every lad in One Direction has their ‘label’. Harry is the cheeky flirt. Louis is the leader and the funny one. Zayn is vain and mysterious. Niall is the cute and Irish one. And Liam is the sensible one. Everyone says that Liam is sensible and responsible because of the fact that he only has one kidney. What if that is only half of the reason? If that is only half of the reason, then the other reason is a girl named Keeley Summers. Keeley gets hurt and falls into a coma and Liam promises her that if she wakes up he will marry her when they get older. After a few days, Keeley wakes up with a promise ring on her finger and the beautiful tear stained face of Liam Payne next to her.  Flash forward four years and Liam Payne and One Direction are at the height of their success. But Liam feels like there is something missing from his life, a certain blue eyed ginger with a ring that contains a promise, which he hasn’t seen or talked to in years.
